Just so gutted that after all that waiting for the house to be fixed we now arent going back there. We've found a place for rent thats just come up that looks quite nice and a little bit cheaper than we are currently paying. <strong>@lewis</strong> C.A.B couldnt really help much apart from to suggest asking him to reconsider, which i have done but because our initial 6 month contract is coming to an end at the end of may we dont really have a leg to stand on, we basically just have the standard 2 months notice as of last thursday. :( @mikecj Dont think they do them over here, and by the sounds of it he needs/wants money now. Don't know if you can do them in the UK, but here we offer them. Something like a 3 year rental contract, with purchase price pre agreed, and your payments come off the selling price at the end - effectively saving towards your deposit?
