Britains got talent – Allegedly!

I wont ramble on here, but it seems to me that the standard of entries for Britain’s got talent has gone through the floor, so much so that were now forced to listen to a crazy sod trying to play the sax with his voice.

That said i think Flawless and Diversity are both fantastic and a breath of fresh air from the usual boring nonsense that they let through, but the pessimist in me tells me that it’ll be a singer again this year.

    I haven’t watched a SECOND of it. I did watch it last year, but missed the first one in 2007 ‘cos I was in Oz (but I did get to see Australia’s Got Talent – with my personal sub-header “Has it really?”).

    I couldn’t escape seeing some of Susan Boyle’s performance though, for obvious reasons. I can’t believe the story of a woman in her late 40′s, through not being a “natural” beauty but somehow manages to hold a note (most of the time) is so sensational and worldly. I mean, seriously? Give me a break.

    Didn’t we already have this “sensation” with Paul Potts? And the fact that the judges looked so shocked and stunned. They would have either seen her perform already, or had been prepped that she had something “to reveal”, or something of that ilk.
